The games in my EA account are gone

My game is gone, two games, Battlefield 5 and Battlefield 1. I haven't played them for two or three years, but now I want to play Battlefield for a while. I found out that my EA account is gone. I re registered and the game library shows that it's gone. In addition, the STEAM account I previously bound to this EA account is: wlp3578123， Because I bought Battlefield 2042 on Steam and linked it to this EA account, I can't find both games now. Please help me check with the official.

    Hey there, 

    I'm sorry to hear your games are missing.

    The first thing I'd do in this case is double-check that you're logged in to the same account where you previously purchased them. If you bought them on EA app/Origin app, you can check your invoices to make sure it's the correct account.
    - If it's not the right account, try logging in with other possible emails that you may have. 
    - If it's the right account and you cannot see the game, you will need to contact EA Help Support: How to get help with your EA Account
