Updating my case

I can't update my case. Every time I try to update my case on the website I get redirected to an error message that says: "Sorry, that page doesn't exist!"

What's going on? What gives?

  • Hi @Drguyks Thanks for the update, can we try on another browser like chrome or edge and check if it loads? If not, I would recommend creating a new case and referencing your existing one in the case information letting our support know you are unable to resume it.

    @Drguyks Can you try to clear the cookies and cache of your browser and then see if you can access your case?

    @EA_Illium I use Firefox in secret mode, so unless I am mistaken those things get deleted every time I close the browser. I did that twice & still no luck.
