@iiN-The-FaCeS The XLS is not visible unless you do the following:
"To summarise, you firstly need to go to File Manager, and under the View option, tick the box that allows you to see Hidden Files."
Once you do that, look at your C:\ Drive and you should then see the otherwise hidden folder:
C:\ProgramData\
Then follow the instructions a couple of Posts further back, partly copied below:
"In that you'll see an Origin Folder, open that.
C:\ProgramData\Origin\
In there you will see this File:
local.xml
C:\ProgramData\Origin\local.xml"
Hope that helps.

@Tiresias18Some games will still require the EA client to be installed. Keep it installed but, set it to download games to the original Origin client's games folder....\Origin Games. Also, use the option to link Steam account if you have some EA games on Steam as well. I'd set it to not start when windows starts btw.
Then Install the Origin client, do the code fix, and use Origin client for installing and playing your games.....unless it's a steam bought game. Then you'll use steam to install, then hit the 'download' button in Origin client....which will find the steam install then turn into a 'Play' button. You should be in business at that point. For more detailed steps...see my post 'Give us back our Origin client.'
