Delete my account

Good afternoon. Dear administration/moderation, I ask that you completely delete my EA account (all data) or send it to whoever is doing this. I've written to tech support numerous times and been ignored. After submitting the form (request for deletion), it disappeared. I haven't received even an automatic email confirming that you've received my request. Please help me with this issue...

WHY CAN'T I DELETE MY ACCOUNT MANUALLY WITHOUT SENDING DELETION REQUESTS THAT DON'T WORK?
