Black screen during game loading

After the latest updates I still can't get into the game. The error message no longer appears, but the screen stays black, and the only way to exis the game is though the Task Manager. It's unclear what I need to do now to finally get into the game. Unfortunately, it looks like I'll have to delete the game and download something else. EA Games has completely disappointed me. People are paying money for a game with a lot of bugs and flaws, and the creators aren't even trying to properly fix their own mistakes. Its annoying....
