Has anyone had success recovering an old EA account?
I'm honestly starting to lose hope with EA Support and wanted to ask if anyone here has had a similar experience.
I'm trying to recover an old EA account, but I no longer have access to the original email because it was deleted years ago after I was hacked. Despite that, I can provide a lot of information to prove that the account is mine:
The original email address used to create the account.
The last email address that was linked to the account.
The account creation date.
My date of birth but only the Year
Username

An old retail receipt for Battlefield 4.
Even with all of this, they keep telling me they can't verify ownership. It feels like no one is actually reviewing the evidence I'm providing, and I keep receiving the same generic responses.
I've never experienced customer support this poor. It feels impossible to speak with someone who can actually investigate the case instead of repeating the same scripted replies.
Has anyone here managed to recover an old EA account in a similar situation? If so, what finally worked? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
