""Missing Online access "" error

1-----I just subscribe to EA Play yearly membership directly on EA App

2-----previously I had it in STEAM-EA Play membership and also had 23 hrs of save game 

3----cant play Multiplayer

4---tried -- 😇 repair  game

                 (b) network reset

                 (several restarts too

note---- it showed me this error on launch --ec:10606 ea save game

Kindly solve my problem of connectivity and also give me my 23 hrs of original save game too
