64-bit computer downloading EA games as 32-bit

I used to have the Origin app on my computer, which was downloaded as a 32-bit. My computer runs as 64-bit. I can't get past a screen that says I need to upgrade my OS. I uninstalled Origin and tried installing EA a few times, but my system seems to be trying to download as 32-bit and I'm not sure how to change this.

Not computer smart, so any help would be appreciated.
