Summarize your bug When I was trying to log in I used my EA ID and it said I was permanently suspended, but when I used my email it said for security I needed to change my password. After changing my password the EA ID worked fine.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I assume when you need to change your password try using your EA ID instead of your email.
What happens when the bug occurs? Exactly as described
What do you expect to see? A box telling me I need to change my password and you know.... not that i've been suspended
this went away after changing my password
