Account attached to EA is wrong

I keep getting an error code for xbox game pass that my EA account is attached to another account, but the other account doesn't exist. It's the same account, same email, that I have. I tried unlinking and relinking all my other accounts to see if that could fix anything, but it didn't. Is there a EA support I can actually get in talks with about removing the account attached to my EA account that I don't have access too and linking my EA account to my game pass correctly. I tried looking through game pass to see what was linked, but it wasn't there either, so I am confused since it is just based on the email. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey ThinAirWind,

    You should be able to check your account connections page here to see which platforms are linked to a particular EA account. This isn't necessarily just based on the email, but what account credentials were used when first linking the platform.

    If needed, you can create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
