No changes, including unlinking accounts, can be made without verifying ownership first. If your brother can recall the answers to the verification questions that are being asked, he's welcome to contact support again to get some help with this.
Community ManagerWhat I mean is that maybe you have an old account you created around the same time as your EA account and used similar details. For example, if I need an address from many years back I can't recall, it's probably still listed as an old address in my Amazon or eBay accounts. I really don't have anything to suggest that may help you remember though.
Hello again, @EA_Aljo i decided to try recovering the account again after a few months since last time, however now, the support page wont even let me start the live chat at all, it just says that there was an error and that i need to refresh the page, and when i do that, the same thing happens over and over, until eventually i get sent all the way back to the main menu of the support page. And even after that it doesnt work.
