Account merging

Hello all, 

I have been attempting to merge two accounts for weeks now, i have messaged EA multiple times on both accounts and they are not getting back to me, i have even @ them on X and nothing? Does anyone know how i can get them to respond? i know account merging is possible because my husband has done it in the past with his own accounts. 

Its quite annoying that they have ignored all our emails and messages😢, if anyone can help please do.
