This issue has been happening for a couple of days now and it is extremely frustrating. Is this happening to anyone else? Does anyone have a fix? I know origin wasn't the best but being forced to have ea is garbage when the app barley works half the time.

I am having something similar happen to me. When I press play It sends me to a white screen, and I am unable to play. Its been going on for about a week now and all I want to do is play my game. This is the second time to. I fixed the game by updating the updating the graphics card drivers. That fixed mt game but everything was deleted and gone. When I tried to do that the second time it didn't work. Does anyone know how to fix it?
I'm having the same issue. I've chatted with them multiple times and they act like it's the first they've heard of it, which is bogus. Infuriating!
I've tried it all - Deleting ALL cc works but what on earth? I will replace with CC that was working and I know it's outdated and it still doesn't work. There's no rhyme or reason for any of it. It's an EA error and they won't take accountability. The error message clearly says "error on our end" yet they're giving me solutions to try.... which do not solve the problem. They need to do better!
