Account Problem
Dear EA Customer Service,I am contacting you because I am experiencing difficulties with my EA account. I no longer have access to the email address associated with the account due to two-factor authentication. I have lost my phone, which is blocking access to my email.I would like to:
- Change the email address associated with my EA account.
- Deactivate the secondary account I created.
I would also like to explain that I created this second account thinking I could play my games linked on Steam. Unfortunately, I realized that this was not possible, as only one Steam account can be linked to an EA account.
Could you assist me with these steps? I understand that for security reasons, you may need to verify my identity in another way.
