Administrator Privileges Required

A problem I know others have had but none of the posted fixes have worked. I've just been on a chat with EA support, tried checking the "Run as Administrator" in compatibility for the EA App AND the game(s), tried uninstalling, downloading and reinstalling the App, still no luck. Trying to run some of the games brings up the "Administrative Privileges required" box then when I click ok I get the "Failure to Launch" message instead. Any help would be appreciated.
