After Download Star Wars Squadrons EA App starts Downloading again

Hi!

I have a problem with EA App. So I downloaded Star Wars Squadrons. I have a budget internet so the downloading period finished after 6 hours. The game folder is 31.7GB but there are "dip staged" files and folders. After finished download, the downloading restarted and wanted to download 31.7GB I waited the download time (another 6 hours) but after that it started download again...

I tried to repair EA App, Clear Caches, and reinstall but nothing worked.

How can I fix that downlading loop?
