I had the same issue with my Alice Madness Returns, I contacted EA Support and they told me they do not have much support because its an old game and told me to contact Microsoft.
- @marinaaax3 well that sucks ☹️ I think that if they are providing the game and issue is with their installations they should help out.
This is what I did to get around it.
100% agree here. If they can't support it, don't offer it.
