all but 1 of my games are missing since transfer from origin

many of my games and add-ons are sowing up as either not owned or just plain missing, and in a few cases can't even find them in the ea apps browser to check if it thinks own them, keeping me from even downloading them at all, some of them I've had for so long that i used a key off the disc case to register them for download, a few of which i no longer have access to thanks to some being lost at some point during the last few times I've moved, and some from ex-roommates with sticky fingers, leaving me without the game keys as proof i actually own them, all was fine before origin forced me to update to the EA App in order to keep using my games, unfortunately i don't have the hard drive space to keep everything installed at once.
