Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I uninstalled my sims game along with the electronic arts app from my computer a year or so ago.. I have only ever had one account! and now I log in a long while later and there is nothing but one add on there.. what the heck then I go to my purchasing history and nothing I had many of the packs and now nothing is there and I have paid for them all... but also I can find proof for some but its been many years I don't know how much far I can go back this should be retrievable the ai bot assistant wont direct me to a live agent or EA representative.

If your Order History page is empty, that suggests that you've purchased those missing packs on a different EA account. So as zx5dlbd83ss8 suggested, make sure you're using the right email address to sign in, and feel free to reach out to our live support team for help recovering that account. Thanks!
