I can't load any house holds after the last update. I also bought the newest pack which coild also be the problem.
The world starts with a blue window which can not be closed.
When clicking city it loads and keeps taking me back to the same screen.
I have no mods and never had any. Tried repairing the game, deleted cache memory and tried re downloading the game.
What to do next? The game is unplayable
DutchScilly Please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.
If this doesn't help, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of Sims 4, which is more thorough than the regular uninstall process. Here's how:
