An error on our end caused the launch to fail.
I have merged 2 accounts, and now none of my games will launch. I get the message "Failed to launch game - An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." I can't even submit a bug request, since your form won't populate product and platform drop-downs.
Additionally, there is no chat or help capabilities outside of this forum. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the games and the ea app several times. I have even manually cleared the registry of all remnants, and tried again. Lastly, I tried on another system and I am still unable to get these games to launch.
