Sims 4 No Packs

Hey! So about a year ago I bought some codes for expansion packs in Instant Gaming! Everything worked great. Works been very busy and I just got on today for the first time in a year. All my packs are gone. It’s showing where I downloaded them in my EA app, but don’t show me I own them anymore. I’ve checked in the apps marketplace and it’s not there. I’ve deleted the EA app about 5 times and nothing. I even tried redeeming the codes again not luck there. I’m at a loss and fear if I don’t get this fixed my sims days are over. Don’t worry I triple checked I was using the right account. The AI support Bot is also dumb. The conversation goes in circles with no real support. Here’s an idea EA: GET A REAL SUPPORT TEAM
