Summarize your bug Anthem wont launch - gives error on launch.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea : talked support and did every troubleshooting step. Still gets the same error. I did a full pc reset. Cache clear and all the stuff listed on forums and google. - i have uploaded the dialog box that occures when its supposed to launch.
What happens when the bug occurs? game doesnt launch
What do you expect to see? Game supposed to launch.

Tried : 

Cache clearing

new install of pc / windows / files

Turning off fire wall

allowing in fire wall

Using compatability settings for windows 7-8 (both ea app and game)

Tried restarting and launching

Tried new account on pc 

Tried launching through origin

tried uninstall / re install

tried a few other steps listed on webpage

 support also refreshed the games on account.

and yes i own the game
