Please describe Apex Legends loads but never finds or connects to a match

Summarize your bug Apex Legends downloaded and installed fine but after the game loads to the main screen to select a match, I can hit the ready button, but the game will literally sit there and never find a match to connect to. How can I resolve this? Apex Legends is trusted/accepted in my Avast firewall.

What happens when the bug occurs? Game never connects me to a match.
What do you expect to see? Being able to actually play the game.
