App opens at random after closing completely

Yesterday I played abit, closed the game, closed the app (no icon in the lower right) and a couple hours later it just opens by itself. This isnt the first time the app did that.

I checked the task scheduler and there is no entry for the app.

Its bad enough the app opens every time I close a game. But opening when Im not even at my pc is seriously messed up.
