Purchased Packs

So I have quite a number of packs, expantions, gameplays, ect. that seem to have become inactive after i had linked my seam to my EA account. I have the packs purchased through the EA app, however when i open the ingame store, it says that none of my packs are installed. While i also had this issue wiht my kits, i was able rto redownload them from the ingame store, but i dont seem to have this option for any oth the packs. Now i have unlinked the accountts, uninstallec and reinstalled the game, even restarted the computer, nothing works, i still dont have access to my packs.

Once you've reinstalled, check Marketplace > My Collection to make sure the packs are activated.

puzzlezaddict I followed as you said, however when I uninstall the app in EA, the packs don't install and I don't have the option to reinstall even inside the game like I did with the kits. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times, I just don't have access to my packs.
