App

I was having alot of issues when playing the game in buy build mode (sims 4) wasnt letting me sell or place anything so I uninstalled the app and redownloaded it worked for a bit then same issue so uninstalled it again and now I cant even download it I've looked up ways to try and fix it. Says the ea app is already installed but its not and when I click on launch the ea app it says check the path and then try again click on repair says restart required I do that but nothing changes any form off help would be muchly appreciated I've been at it for 3 days on and off with family helping and no one can figured it out PLEASE HELP.
