About a week or so ago, I noticed my EA games were not available via the Xbox app on my windows 10 pc. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the EA app. I have restarted the Xbox app, the EA app and even my whole PC.
I keep getting the message "We're having trouble connecting to the EA app. Try restarting the Xbox app or contacting EA support" Error code - 2147024891 (see screen capture).
Sometimes I do not get the Error Code line.
Community ManagerHello asboyd57, I believe you could try resetting the Xbox App as well!
Right click on the Windows button -> Installed Apps -> Search for "Xbox" -> Click on the 3 dots -> Advanced Options.
Once in that menu, scroll down and click Terminate, then Reset.
This will wipe the app data, meaning you will have to log back in.
Before you open it again, I would also recommend clearing the EA app caches.
Once that is done, open the Xbox app and try again!

Im having the same issue. I've tried everything you recommended but to no avail.
I'm having same problem since last year I fixed it once last month which lasted till I rebooted my pc then wouldn't connect again. tried uninstalling both apps and re installing,tried repairing both app installs,terminated and reset xbox app, cleared windows credentials, unlinked and re linked accounts, repaired gaming services on xbox app, and cleared cache on ea app even tried opening ea app first then xbox app but still nothing.put in a ticket to ea last month still heard nothing back spoke to someone live chat yesterday who clearly didn't listen to anything I was saying as he told me do everything I did before speaking to him.my last fix was unlinking and re linking accounts which was temporary and can only be done once then you have to wait 6 month before it will let you do it again.

The only work around i got was install the game through ea app itself, it just means you dont get your friends list synced over which is ok if you aint playing online with friends unless they are on pc aswell then you just search them and add each one individually through ea app.you would think a problem thats gone on for so long they would have fixed by now.
