Apps needs to update but says update system is unavailable

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, running as administrator, and troubleshooting the app and nothing is working. I have never had this issue before and can't find anyt...

Hey there, 

If you're having issues to launch and update the EA app, can you please try to: add EADesktop.exe, EALauncher.exe, and EABackgroundService.exe to your anti-virus and firewall allow lists. Learn how to add exclusions to your Windows Security settings here.
