Background services not responding

Question

I start the app and I get an error tha says “ Simply put, there was an error
Sorry, an unresolvable error occurred. Please restart the app.” when I press restart I get another error that says” Simply put, there was an error The background services aren't responding, so we're kicking off the update manually. Stay put while we get the app up and ready for you” I close it and it starts an update and then it says that the app is up to date. I get the same loop when I start the app again. I tried reinstalling the app and the visual c, tried reinstalling the app, tried disabling and restarting background services but nothing seems to fix it.

I tried all of the things and nothing was working. I then noticed my clock wasn't synced, and once I fixed that, my app worked again.

So I think I figured it out for me. See if this works for you.

In the search bar I typed " Add or remove programs"

Fine EA app.

Then click it and I had the option to uninstall or repair. I clicked repair , it did its thing , then it worked.
