Banned after 1 month of having my first PC and I don't understand how

Product: The EA app
Platform:PC

Which client functionality are you experiencing this bug with? Other (Please Describe)
Please describe I don't know why I'm getting banned or what I'm doing wrong.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) December 2022
Summarize your bug I got my first PC (pre built) downloaded all the updates, downloaded steam, downloaded apex, connected my EA account I've been using since day 1 on console and started my new apex account, then I solo q'd to masters in a couple days and got banned in about a month. I've made like 3 more accounts trying to prove I'm not cheating and even factory reset my PC and still got banned after just 1 game
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, I haven't downloaded any malicious software and I've never used any strike pack or something.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't play my favorite game
What do you expect to see? Now I just try to get into the firing range and it just sends me back to the start screen saying this clients game account has been banned or something like that.

i tried streaming my solo q to masters on my third account and got banned mid game in diamond 2 live on stream I still have almost all the vods (1 or 2 vods aren't up because there was music in the background) then I factory reset my pc and made that account that got banned during the orientation matches. I would simply like to explain my situation to a real person and try to find out why this is happening because every other game is so boring and I've been playing this game since day 1 and have had no issues on console whatsoever.

    We're not able to assist with bans directly here on AHQ.
     
    If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.
     
    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Click Select contact option.
    6. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    We're not able to assist with bans directly here on AHQ.
     
    If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.
     
    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Click Select contact option.
    6. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    I was told to post my issue on the forum so the community managers could look further into my case and help me further. Are there really no real people that actually care?

    @RWAYBLOOM 

    We're not able to look into bans or review appeals here on the forums as we don't have access to your account details here on AHQ. Any ban appeals would need to go through the Terms of Service team directly- have you sent an appeal in to that team following the steps in the post above?

    If you've already sent an appeal in, you'll need to wait until the Terms of Service team finishes reviewing your appeal, they'll respond to you via email with the results on that as quickly as they can. You'll need to keep an eye on your email for their response.

    i tried that so many times and ive tried to explain my situation but the TOS team are literally not real people and are no help at all.

    im so disappointed in you guys, not u specifically solaire but all of EA. it would seem my only option is to sell my PC that ive had for less than 6 months now and build myself a new one just to play my favorite game (apex).
