battlefield 1. black main menu on EA Desktop.

Still getting the same problem at least I can play the game but I can't go open my boxes or change stuff like skins or anything cause I can't see them.

This was posted in September, it's almost May as of my current post and this is still a problem. If EA Desktop is a serious replacement for Origin then they need to step up their game. I don't care if it's in Beta this is the kind of issue that shouldn't exist in games this long after their release.

Please fix this bug I'm a new player and I can't really find my way through the menu because it all black. I have EA play and was excited to play this game after I downloaded it  but I cant even traverse well because of this bug ill make sure to report the bug.

Still happening to this date via EA Desktop (because my Ultimate Xbox pass forces me to use it instead of Origin in order to have access to EA pass)

Summarize your bug The bug caused the Battlefield V menu icons to disappear/become transparent.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open BFV to the main menu, open the social tab, close the social tab, open any other menu tab and then the menu is bugged.
What happens when the bug occurs? All image-based UI elements become transparent. This happens to the main menu, pause screen, and end of game screen. This bug makes it hard to track assignments in-game and makes it impossible to see customizations in some menus.
What do you expect to see? All UI as intended.

I am posting this issue here as another user with the exact issue has found that this issue does not occur on Origin but does on EA Desktop, I cannot test this so I am not fully sure. The issue is directly linked with the social feature that relies on EA Desktop to work properly, have had EA Desktop stop inviting friends due to a EA Desktop offline bug that has been fix. What I have tested:

- Running EA Desktop as Administrator and in compatibility modes

- Running BFV as Administrator

- Running only BFV and EA Desktop on the machine

- Fully deleting every BFV and EA Desktop file and reinstalling both

- Reinstalling video drivers

A current workaround is to have friends invite you to a squad and as long as you do not touch the social tab the bug will not be triggered.

Mine does the same exact thing, so does my friends.

Has this been resolved? 

I followed the deleting of twinkle folder which brings back the menus in but the second you have to apply the update they go back to broken.

Hello, is this problem still not being fixed? Although getting into a server is still ok but it is still annoying! When my EA Play subscription was still active, it was not an issue on Origin. This only happens when launching from EA Desktop. 

Literally still happening 7 months later. Do your * job.
