2 years agoIt is the responsibility of your retailer to provide a functioning Product Code.
You should work toward getting functioning code or a refund.

hi , i just contacted the provider and they told me ,:
Without the required information (activation date and time), we cannot replace or refund your code.
can u please provide me the actication date and time ?
