When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) It happens every time
Summarize your bug EA App says that BF3 isn't available on my region so I can't play.. This problem doesn't occur on Origin since the game appears there, although, I don't actually have the game, I have EA Pass through xbox, so everytime I log in through Origin it just says I don't have EA Pass so I can't play it through origin.. I'm from Portugal, I'm not using a VPN and the region is set to accordingly on Windows settings.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not exactly sure if creating an account and setting Portugal as the region would replicate the problem, maybe with a VPN set to Portugal you could experience this.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't download Battlefield 3 since it says it isn't available in my country. I should also add that every other battlefield game is available with no problems.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to download and play the game.
I saw some people post about this same issue without getting any actual help, I would really like to get this fixed so I can play battlefield 3..

When the app states that the game is not available in your country, then that game is not available in your country and you won't be able to download/play it.
