Community ManagerHey zmikozm! It looks like something might be blocking your connection. Please try the following steps:
- Close any background applications. You can find guidance here https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea/ea-app/close-background-apps/
- Add the game and the EA app to the exclusions list in your antivirus and firewall programs.
- If you've changed the installation path, please restore the default settings and reinstall in the default location.

Neither of these suggestions work. The EA App simply says "there's a problem on our side, try again later" and then re-starts itself.
