EA app goes blank after launch

Hey Beekeeper_TS​, 

If you haven't already, please try the troubleshooting steps below: 

• End all EA-related tasks in Task Manager
• Clear the EA App's cache
• Make sure the EA app is up to date
• Repair the EA App 
• Close all potentially conflicting background applications 

Let us know if the EA App is still launching to a blank screen afterward. Thanks!

Cache is cleared.
App updated.

Looks like it's the friends list that is bugged, it crashed when trying to load it.

Never had this problem before until latest update !

How am I supposed to fix this, when I can't enter the menu in the app???

Beekeeper_TS​ Just to clarify, is the entire app screen still showing as blank, or is it just the friends list now? If you can upload a screenshot, that'd be great. 

Have you tried ending EABackgroundService.exe in Task Manager and using a mobile hotspot? Additionally, some players mentioned that turning off their GPU drivers and using Windows' basic driver helped. Please give that a try and keep us updated, thanks!

This error was really getting on my nerves!

What I did was:
Deleting every file/folder I could find.
Removed in game friends requests, via BF6.
Uninstall all related to EA app.

Downloaded app again.
Clean install.
Now it seems to work.
I don't know what part fixed it, and it was such a hassle.
But at least it is working now.
