EA App won't go to check out screen

When trying to purchase Moola for TS4, I get kicked out of the purchase screen and back to the main menu. I added 200 Moola to my cart, and clicked check out and then the app says I'm offline (I'm not) and forces me back to the main menu of the EA App.

I've tried restarting the EA App, clearing the app's cache and uninstalling and doing a fresh install and none of these options have worked. Attached is a screencap I took of the problem happening to me. (I blacked out my debit card info; the black box was not on the screen.)
