Battlefield 5 Can't Launch Through Steam

So I too recently bought Battlefied 5 during the steam sale. Downloaded the game but every time I click on the launch button, the EA app opens and few seconds later I get the message "You don't have access. This title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in to a different account or restart the app to try again." Tried many things to fix this issue including changing my steam as well as EA email IDs. But the issue still remains. Planning to asking for a refund if I am not able to fix this.
