Battlefield Bad Company 2 Removed From Account

Question

Today after installing Windows 11, I installed EA App and found a section showing games removed from my account. I found there that Battlefield Bad Company 2 was removed from my account due to fraudulent activity. It actually happened in 2019 and I do know that it was removed but didnt know the reason up until now.&nbsp;
I bought the game from and only played a few hours of the single player content. I do still remember it.&nbsp;
When the game was removed from my account I did contact with EA Support 3 times and alas no definite help.&nbsp;
Even uptill now I have the receipt and the CD key of the game and so, I want the game back in my account and also want to know from EA, What was the fraudulent activity they are talking about?

We're unable to provide account information here on AHQ. If the game was removed due to fraudulent activity, you will most likely have to submit a dispute with the Terms of Service team:&nbsp;Get information about your EA Account lock, ban, or suspension
