I don't know if replying to my original report here helps but I believe I know what the problem is.

I purchased BFV Deluxe Edition on Origin.  There is no Deluxe Edition on the EA Desktop app.  The only editions you can purchase in the EA Desktop app are the Standard and Definition Editions.  I believe that's why my Deluxe Edition doesn't show and why I can't play BFV in the EA Desktop.  I would hope the Deluxe Edition will eventually be added.
