Hi @J0Santos,
I just checked and BF4 shows up in my Origin and in my EA Desktop apps.
In this case I can suggest clearing the cache of EA Desktop via App Recovery and try to go to the Store in EA Desktop to see if you can add it to your account.

Hi Jason.
Thanks for replying.I did try that twice, but sadly it did not work.
I proceeded to uninstall the app.
Deleted all folders related to this app or EA that I could delete (not all, as I have games installed with Origin and I don't want to break it and have to reinstall and re-download everything again).I deleted content in:
In Program files, Program files (x86), and Program data. Also, in AppData, in 'Local'.
Reinstalled the app and still get the same problem.
Should I use the built-in feature to report a problem?Regards

Sounds like you tried quite a bit, but could you please try clearing the cache via the App Recovery?
I wouldn't recommend uninstalling EA Desktop by deleting a bunch of files, you can uninstall it by going to the Windows Settings > Apps > EA Desktop > Uninstall. That should do it.
Could you try the above and let me know if it changes anything?

I can't find BF4 in My Collection in EA Desktop too. I have BFBC2, BF3, BF4, BFH, BF1, BFV in Origin. EA Desktop shows all of them except BF4 and offers me to buy it, meanwhile, new app shows owned DLCs. I think clearing the cache won't solve the problem.
