In 'Origin', BF4 is available for download. However, in 'EA Desktop', it is not.
A friend of mine confirmed that he did download the game from this app, and he was playing it last night.
There might be a sync problem.

How can I get this issue resolved?

I just installed before a while EA Desktop too, and have same problems as others. I have bought on Steam the following games: Mass Effect: Andromeda, Dragon Age: Inquisition, & Battlefield 2042, yet none of the above games showing into EA Desktop app. Also there's not even option to link my Steam into EA via settings. Only Discord option are available. Tried to link Discord, yet problem there too, ''Couldn't connect to Discord on the EA App." Trying to launch my games via Steam with a hope to auto connect with EA Desktop, yet ME:A, DA:I & BF2042 trying to install Origin again and again. Trying 2h now with every possible solutions, and still nothing. Is there something wrong with the new application?
Same thing is happening to me as well, in the EA desktop app the game doesn't show up in my library yet in the store it says I own the DLC. I dug through my old emails and tried redeeming my original BF4 key but no luck.
