Blank Pages throughout EA app

Problem:

Open EA app.

Home screen displays with games for sale

Click on Library

Library page appears blank

Click back on Home

Home page appears blank

Click on Browse

Blank page

Click on EA Play

Blank page

I reported this and have a case open. I have been told that many people are experiencing the same issue and they are looking into it.

I have:

Restarted PC

Restarted app

Repaired app

Uninstalled/reinstalled app

Internet connection is wired

Internet tests at 600Mb down/upload

Firewall lets through all EA apps/services

Running app as admin does not help

AV is Win 10 standard

Occasionally the pages are populated after a 10 minute wait but may not remain so for long. Only way to play a game is offline. Even Dragon Age Inquisition (Steam bought), a single player game, has infinite loading between different areas if the app has blank pages. Turn off internet during this infinite loading and it immediately loads in the area.
