lost all games, on the old origin app too. had to reinstall everything

couldn't access any games on the EA app, it asked me to pay for them and I couldn't even open the games from my computer. I've uninstalled it and I've had to redownload all of the games and have lost all progress on them.

    I had to install ea app and I had the sims 4 and a BUNCH of extension games and now their gone! i can see them on my order history but no way to re download them!!!!!
