    Hi there, @Duck_hunter_117 

    To play the PC version of F1 2023, you'll need an EA Play Pro membership. Game Pass Ultimate does not include the PC version of this game.

PC and Xbox are different platforms. If you want to play on both platforms, it would need to be purchased for each.

That is ridiculous.  If you purchase a game on Xbox console, you should be able to play it on Xbox PC app.
