BOUGHT Sims 4 DLC Greyed Out - 'Available on Windows' Error (Worked on Origin)

Its just greyed out in the ea app library and says its 'available on windows' but I play on mac and always have and have only had this issue since updating ☹️ CM: title edit.

hi i am playing the sims 4 for a long time I switched my laptop to MacBook Air m2 and I downloaded sims 4 again but unfortunately I can't download dlc's on my MacBook I dont know the reason it says it Is available on windows?!?! how this can happen I already buy 10 dlc and now there is sale and I was going to buy more dlc but if I can't play why would I buy ? someone please fix my issiue
