Bought two games , only got one?

exactly as title says. Charged for both (Battlefromt II with the addons , BF4 Premium) and it seems I didn't even get battlefield 4

Hi Sturmpanzer2​,

Try clearing the Cache of the EA app, as that can sometimes help with such issues. 

Also search in the EA app store for Battlefield 4 and see if it shows up as owned for you there. If it doesn't show that you own the game, you best reach out to EA support for further help.

    My games just all disappeared from my library lol

      Did you log in with the correct account, Sturmpanzer2​? And did the games disappear after clearing the cache?

      If you still have issues with your library showing empty and clearing the cache didn't help, try reinstalling the EA app.
