build a bundle in Sims 4 not working?

I have a screen in the featured games tab that says "Grab an expansion, game, and stuff pack for a discounted price on all 3" and then a button to click "build a bundle". When i click the link, it says " We had some trouble loading this content. Try again later." ...I've been trying this for WEEKS, and it gives me the same message every time! Is there any fix to this? 😢

    @katie_kohnen 

    Are you currently eligible for the Build a Bundle feature? You'd need to be missing at least one expansion pack, one game pack, and one stuff pack. Please also note that some packs are not currently eligible for bundling, including all kits and the following expansions:

    • Horse Ranch
    • Growing Together
    • High School Years
    • Werewolves
    • My Wedding Stories

    Hey there @katie_kohnen 

    Please try clearing the cache for the EA app following these steps. If this doesn't resolve the issue for you, please attach a screenshot to your post of the error you're seeing when this happens.

    Hello, just cleared my cache and it’s still the same screen, I’ve attached a picture of what it looks like

    @deTigrez Yeah it strikes me as odd too, some of these were released in early 2022.

    And at the very least, instead of saying there is an error, the EA app should say that I'm not eligible. This looks like a technical error instead, it's confusing for no good reason.
