Bundle and save not working

For the past week I've been trying to use the bundle and save option when buying expansion packs. It keeps popping up with a box "this is not currently working, try again later" It has been like that...

    Hi @carrot1515,

    Please try clearing the cache for the EA app and let me know if that resolves this error message for you. If you're still seeing this error once you've tried this, please attach a screenshot of this error to your post for me.

Thanks, please run through the following steps:

  • Open task manager, locate EA Background Service, and end task
  • Clear the cache for the EA app
  • Run the EA app as an administrator 
  • Check for any background applications blocking the EA App
  • Try lowering your User Access Control Settings:
    • Close the EA app
    • Click the Windows button and type "UAC" in the search field
    • In the User Access Control window, click and hold the slide bar —slide it to the lowest setting available
    • Click Okay the bottom of the window
    • Open the EA app client and try starting the download again

    thank you for your help. i have run through this list unfortunately none has worked. is there anything else i can do?
