Can’t install A Way Out – not showing in EA App (Game Pass)

Hello,

My Xbox account (SSALASS999) is linked to my EA account (dxwr_salas), and EA Play is active through Game Pass.

However, A Way Out doesn’t appear in my EA App Library, and I can’t install it via the Xbox app either. I already contacted EA support and they suggested I post here.

Please fix or activate the entitlement on my account. Thank you!
